- Sufi Comics: God’s Happiness
In this time’s comic I’ve tried something different. It contains no words other than the saying of the Imam. A similar saying has also been attributed to the Prophet (‘s), but I’ve not been able to find the exact words & reference.
This is the month of Ramadan. It is a month where we have been invited to be the guests of God. Instead of giving us food, He asks us to Fast, because it is an invitation to get close to Him. Just a few days are left and the month of Ramadan will come to an end. Let’s make the best use of these last few days by sincerely seeking his forgiveness, and seeking his help to improve ourselves for the better.
The Prophet (‘s) has said “Unfortunate is the person who is deprived of the forgiveness of God during this great month.”

Book 37, Number 6610:
Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying : Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, said: I live in the thought of My servant and I am with him as he remembers Me. (The Holy Prophet) further said: By Allah, Allah is more pleased wth the repentance of His servant than what one of you would do on finding the lost camel in the waterless desert. When he draws near Me by the span of his hand. I draw near him by the length of a cubit and when he draws near Me by the length of a cubit. I draw near him by the length of a fathom and when he draws near Me walking I draw close to him hurriedly.
Book 37, Number 6611:
Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Allah is more pleased with the repentance of His servant when he turns penitently towards Him than one of you would be on finding the lost camel.

I would like to see you guys make a comic of the following occurence.
Once Hazrat Ali (AS) had rode on a Horse to a place and as it was time for prayer, he told a man standing there to take care of his horse till he comes back for prayer. After praying, Hazrat Ali (AS) went towards his horse, with the intention to pay 4 Dinars to the man for taking care of his horse, but found that both, the man and the saddle of his horse were missing. He rode on his horse in search of the man and came to a market place and found another man who was selling the same saddle that
had been stolen from the horse of Hazrat Ali (AS). As Hazrat Ali (AS) approached the man to whom the saddle was sold, he asked him the price at which the man (who Hazrat Ali identified) sold the saddle to him. The shopkeeper replied that the man had sold him the saddle for 4 Dinars. Hazrat Ali went on to narrate to his companion his intention to pay the man 4 Dinars, and that the 4 Dinars was in the destiny of that man but he made a wrong choice to earn it by stealing it.
Moral of the Story: Provisions lie in Allah (Subhaanahu Wa Ta’alaa)’s hands. You get to eat what Allah wills. Now it is upto you to earn your livelihood by the Halaal source of Income.
