Happy Birthday Santosh!

Hi Pakeeza,

I must confess that it was a pleasant surprise for me to celebrate my birthay ( which I don’t normally do ). It was fantastically organised by you and team – Vakil. It just reminded me of my younger days when we would eagerly look forward to those special days & occasions.

Well all I can say is that this step is a great way to define “Customer Delight” . I am truly amazed with all your efforts today and for sure, I am a permanent member of the Vakil Family. Initially I had thought I would sell off my plot but after today I dont feel I will do that !
