Road to Happyness lies in fact that you guys need to provide affordable housing.Currently you are selling property/houses at exhorbitant prices.
Perhaps you are right that we are high priced, but our customers think that we provide terrific value, judging by the rate at which our sites being sold out. Similarly, you can buy a site @ Rs. 350/400 per sft (BDA NOC, CMC approved) with its inherent deficiencies or you can buy a Vakil site. Our price is reflective of enormous legal, technical and financial resources we have poured into our projects.
However with respect to the road to happiness I personaly don’t think that it’s paved with possessions be it a car, a 134” TV or even a large home, be it a Vakil Home. Some of the happiest people in this country live in the smallest of villages in rural India. To me, happiness is how it’s described in verse 35 of chapter 7 of the Holy Quran “O children of Adam! if there come to you messengers from among you relating to you My communications, then whoever shall guard (against evil) and act aright– they shall have no fear nor shall they grieve.“
